Orders are accepted only based on the customer reading and accepting the return policy below: You may return “New Products” up to 30 days from the date of the invoice for a complete refund of the purchase price. If you are an end-user customer who bought reconditioned or refurbished products, you may return them within 14 days of the date of invoice for a refund or credit of the product purchase price. RMA Return Merchandise Authorization form and receive a valid RMA Number from Earth before shipping the product to us. You must ship the products in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Returned products must be in as-new or as-shipped condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. All products returned may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee (at our discretion).
RMA's submitted by customers are considered 'Pending' until quantity and condition of product received is confirmed and approved. Once an RMA is authorized and issued you will be notified via email within 48 hours with your required RMA Number.
