Using a BROADER SEARCH will help to insure results in your search:
Since many items we have in stock do not have complete information we suggest you select 'any of' in drop down boxes and use the multiple selection technique of 'Control-click' or 'Shift-click' to select '- None -' in selection boxes in addition to the criteria you want.
This insures a result for your search in the event we DO HAVE the part but DO NOT HAVE data in our system for the field you are searching on. For example, in the picture shown the search would result in ALL 'Acer' products with 'Technology Type' as EITHER 'Color STN' OR not specified.
As another example for further explanation, if you select both 'TFT' and '- None -' for the 'Technolgoy Type' field, and we don't have 'TFT' information designated in the 'Technolgoy Type' field in our system for certain 'Sharp' 'LCD Panels', you will still see all 'Sharp' 'TFT' 'LCD Panels' in your results in addtion to those items where 'Technolgoy Type' is not specified at all. Therefore those items we have listed as 'TFT' and those we have no specific information for will show in your results (you may then need to identify those items that showed in your results that were not specifically designated as 'TFT' by contacting us for more information on their type).
To initiate NEW SEARCH:Select Products tab and '
Advanced Item Search' link just under the normal 'Search' box on left side of screen.
For REVISED SEARCH:Select browser back button or
back arrow on lower left part of our website and revise your search criteria.
