ezLCD-001 (ezLCD001)

ezLCD-001 is an intelligent LCD Module that comes mounted as a complete assembly including Sony 2.7" Color TFT LCD and a built-in Earth LCD Controller card and integrated USB and serial interfaces.
Earth's ezLCD-001 meets the needs of OEMs, industrial manufacturers, and hobbyists that require small or large quantities of a low cost color LCD in a very small form factor.
The many features included in the ezLCD-001 make it an excellent choice as a PC status monitor, embedded system display, or suitable for integration into a diverse array of industrial products (micro-controller, robotics, industrial interface) using a small feature-rich display.

• Multi-Font Text Layer
• LCD controller supports 256 colors (LCD panel alone supports 512 colors).
• Default serial data rate of 115200 bauds (user-changeable to any standard speeds between 2400 and 115200 bauds)
• Includes SPI and I2C serial interfaces and 20 discrete inputs/outputs
• Internal DC-DC converter accounts for a wide supply voltage range of 3-7 VDC (can be powered by USB port or external power supply)
• Driven by an extensive set of graphic, text and system instructions including: DOWNLOAD_BITMAP, SET_COLOR, SELECT_FONT, PRINT, LINE, CIRCLE, POINT, SET_BAUDRATE, etc. (firmware can be updated through embedded RS232)
• 96k bytes of Flash and 4k bytes of EEPROM available for custom fonts, icons, etc. (uploadable via RS232 or USB)
