Q. How long will you have this kit?

A. Since we have over 5,000 of the Sharp LQ9D03B 4096 Active Matrix 8.4" TFT LCD we expect to have it for at least three years and maybe much longer.



Q. Can I use this LCD outside?

A. With an optional 500 nit backlight yes! This is available as an analog monitor in the EarthVue Mobile monitor.



Q. Where did this LCD come from?

A. This was designed for an IBM Thinkpad notebook and exceeded Sharp's normal specifications.



Q. Suggested Applications for this LCD?

A. Man Machine interface, POS customer display.
